I had the pleasure to find the most wonderful bath remodeling company you could possibly wish for. I met Karen of The Bath Doctor about 4 years ago at the Home and Garden show at Timonium. Their display of their shower was absolutely gorgeous. Like most people do we shopped out prices and went with another company. Unfortunately the company we opted for tried to keep my mother’s money without doing any work. As they say be careful what bargain for. Thanks to covid and courtroom shut downs it took several years to get the money back and still no shower. My mom suffered an injury recently that caused her to be in desperate need of a walk in shower. I remembered telling Karen of The Bath Doctor about the other company that kept moms money at the home and garden show. I decided to reach out to her for help because I really felt like I could trust her after talking to her. I could not have been more right. Karen remembered meeting us at the show. I explained to Karen about my moms injury. She said they were extremely busy and the supplies she had in stock were for current customers orders. However she said she would see what could be done. She called me back and said she had a shower that she was going to put into her own home that she would be willing to use in moms bathroom. She also spent long hours shopping for all the rest of the shower components to help moms shower get installed right away. Karen knew we had a bad experience with the other company and did everything to assure us her company can be trusted. The Bath Doctor got my mom’s shower in as scheduled and it is beautiful. If you want a beautiful bathroom look no further. If you want a company that can be trusted and get the job done as promised look no further. If you want to work with a company that treats you like family look no further. They did the job as if they were doing the job for their own mom. My mom and I will always be thankful to The Bath Doctor for being there during a very difficult time.
