Step 3: Install and Perform All Remodeling in a Timely Manner

Liners are installed in 1 day, conversions and replacements in 2. Mid-sized remodels and upgrades typically take 5 days. Complete overhauls that include both gutting and replacement generally take 5-10 days.

Here are some of the things you can expect to happen at this stage:

Removal of old tile, bathtub, shower, vanity and floors
Repair of any water damage in floor or wall joists
Structural carpentry work to build out wall framing
Moving or installation of plumbing and electrical
Installation of the new bathtub/shower, vanity, flooring, etc.
Tile work and painting
Glass, mirrors and hardware

Many of these activities can be messy, but our crews take care to contain dirt and debris to one area, and we always clean up at the end.

Step 4: Final Review and Finishing Touches

After the project is finished, the project manager will conduct a final walk-through with you to make sure you are happy with every little detail.
